that on 18 June 2013 the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania adopted a
decision to consider the information submitted in the terms and conditions of
the spin-off of AB Lietuvos Dujos, in other related documentation, in the list
of references related to AB Amber Grid and in the description of the risk
factors as information equivalent to the information that is required to be
disclosed in the prospectus of AB Amber Grid.
