Rokiskio Suris AB - Notification on material event

Sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for January-June 2010

In June 2010, the consolidated non-audited sales made LTL 53.164 million (EUR
15.397 million), i.e. by 12,36 per cent more than in the same period of last
year. In June 2009, the consolidated non-audited sales made LTL 47.316 million
(EUR 13.704 million). 
The preliminary consolidated non-audited sales of AB ”Rokiskio suris” group for
January-June 2010 reached LTL 229.241 million (EUR 66.393 million), i.e. by
16,44 per cent less than in the same period last year. The six months of 2009
consolidated sales made LTL 274.335 million (EUR 79.453 million).
