A request for the delisting of shares

Following the results of today's Shareholders Meeting, the Board of Directors
of FL Group hf. has sent a request to the OMX Nordic Exchange, Iceland for the
company‘s shares to be delisted from OMX Nordic Exchange, Iceland.
