LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania of the management guidelines of the UAB Visagino atominė elektrinė company group

LESTO AB (hereinafter - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered
office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total
number of registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN
code LT0000128449. 

LESTO informs that on 7 June 2013 Ministry of Finance of the Republic of
Lithuania approved the Management Guidelines of the UAB Visagino atominė
elektrinė, which is currently trust controlled group of companies of
electricity generation, distribution and services. 

Implementing mentioned guidelines the management structure of LESTO will be
amended by establishing the Supervisory board which will consist of independent
members and representatives of the shareholders and by electing the Board of
the company which will consist of the employees of the Company. 

According to the detailed action plan of group corporate governance model,
mentioned actions should be implemented by the October 2013. 

Information about the particular changes in the management structure of the
LESTO will be published according to the provisions of laws. 

UAB Visagino atominė elektrinė currently owns 82.63 % shares of LESTO.
