AB „Grigeo“: Amended Articles of Association AB „Grigeo“ have been registered

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-05-02 15:17 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 2 May 2017 the
amended Articles of Association of AB „Grigeo“ (the “Company”) were registered
with the Register of Legal Persons. 

From today, the new Company’s name is AB „Grigeo“.
