Consolidated pre-audited results for the twelve months of the year 2010

pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the twelve months of the year 2010
prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

- Sales for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 1,746.8 million (EUR 505.9
million), for the twelve months of 2009 - LTL 1,264.3 million (EUR 366.2
million); 

- Profit before tax for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 148.9 million (EUR 43.1
million), for the twelve months of 2009 - LTL 120.1 million (EUR 34.8 million); 

- Net profit for the twelve months of 2010 - LTL 159.5 million (EUR 46.2
million), for the twelve months of 2009 - LTL 94.8 million (EUR 27.4 million).
