AB Utenos trikotažas amended the letter of guarantee to stand guarantor for subsidiary enterprise OAO “MTF Mriya”

AB Utenos trikotažas amended the letter of guarantee to stand guarantor for
subsidiary enterprise OAO “MTF Mriya” on 21st December 2009. 
,,This amendment of the original guarantee issued for securing the financial
liabilities of Mriya in 2006  is related to the restructuring of the loan
portfolio of Utenos trikotažas and its subsidiary MTF Mriya. MTF Mriya loan
repayment schedule has been revised and extended considering the current
operating activities, the extended repayment terms and reduced value of the
outstanding loan amount due to repayments. We expect to complete  the
restructuring in few weeks time following the emission of the convertible
bonds. The emission has been approved by the shareholders' meeting on the 3rd
of December "- says the General Manager of Company Utenos trikotažas Nerijus
