Change of the Bank's name

On the 21st of January, 2008 SEB Vilniaus bankas changed its name into SEB Bank
- the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania has registered a
new version of the Articles of Association of SEB Bank, approved by the
Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting that took place on the 15th of
November, 2007, and has issued a new Registration Certificate.
