CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S BOARD AND MANAGEMENT

CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S BOARD AND MANAGEMENT                                

In connection with the agreed additional financing the following changes have   
taken place in the Board of Directors and management of GeoSentric Oyj:         

Dan Harple has resigned from the post of Executive Chairman to focus his energy 
full-time on serving the Company as Group CEO and as a Board Member. Tomi Raita 
will continue as the Managing Director of GeoSentric Oyj, reporting to the CEO. 

Hans van der Velde has been appointed to the Chairman of the Board and assumes  
the responsibilities of Non-Executive Chairman immediately.                     

As a result of completing his project relating to the fund raising, Raymond     
Kalley has informed not to be re-elected to the Board and has also informed to  
resign to Board with immediate effect and in good understanding with the Company
and his fellow Board members.                                                   

GeoSentric Oyj's CFO Robin Halliday has decided to resign from the service of   
the company but agreed to continue as interim-CFO on contractor basis for the   
time being. Mr. Halliday will report to the CEO and to the Board.
