Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed auction of the existing series, LBANK
180212 and LBANK 180312 and a new series, LBANK 180910.

In  total, 32 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
3,700m.

A  total of 12 bids for 1,280m were received in the series LBANK 180212 with bid
rates  at 4.58%-4.75%. Bids for  240m were accepted at  a simple rate of 4.59%
equal to the price of 98.0743.

A  total of 15 bids for 1,800m were received in the series LBANK 180312 with bid
rates  at 4.55%-4.75%. Bids for  960m were accepted at  a simple rate of 4.62%
equal to the price of 97.7176.

A  total of 5 bids  for 620m were received  in the series  LBANK 180910 with bid
rates at 4.65%-5.00%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 11 September 2017.
