TEO LT, AB - Interim information

CORRECTION: Consolidated Interim Financial Statements and Consolidated Interim Report for six months of 2009

In consideration of the remarks provided by Lithuanian Securities Commission
regarding TEO LT, AB Interim Information for the six month period ended 30 June
2009, the Company prepared an Addition to the Consolidated Interim Financial
Statements, prepared in accordance to International Financial Reporting
Standards as adopted by the European Union Report, for the six months period
ended 30 June 2009, i.e. Income Statement for the period of April-June of 2008
and 2009, and corrected confirmation of responsible persons regarding TEO LT
,AB Interim Consolidated Report for the six months period ended 30 June 2009. 

Responsible persons of the Company confirmed TEO LT, AB Addition to the
Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the six months period ended 30
June 2009.
