Invalidation of own shares

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release April 19, 2011, at 9:00 Finnish time



The shares of Innofactor Plc have been invalidated by 987 shares. Voiding the
shares will make the number of shares divisible by twenty in order to implement
the possible share consolidation as proposed by the Board of Directors in the
Notice to The Annual General Meeting agenda item 15 for consolidation of shares
published on April 5, 2011. 

Decrease in the share capital has been entered into the Trade Register on April
15, 2011 and the stocks removed from the exchange trading system on April 18,
2011.
