City Service group consolidated results for the nine months of 2009

City Service group, the largest facility management company group in the Baltic
States, announces its unaudited Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for
the nine months of 2009, prepared according to International Financial
Reporting Standards.

The total consolidated City Service group revenue for the nine months of 2009
was LTL 253 million (EUR 73.3 million), an increase by 45 % over the total
revenue of LTL 174 million (EUR 50.4 million) for the nine months of 2008.

Net profit for the period amounted to LTL 9.1 million (EUR 2.6 million), an
increase by 21 % over LTL 7.5 million (EUR 2.2 million) a year ago. EBITDA for
nine months of 2009 was LTL 16.9 million (EUR 4.9 million), an increase by 59 %
over LTL 10.6 million (EUR 3 million) a year ago. 

City Service group now consists of 30 facility management companies operating
in Lithuania, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine. The Group manages 18 million square
meters of facilities.
