Componenta appoints new President and CEO

Componenta Corporation    Stock Exchange Release 16.11.2015 at 8.30

The Board of Directors of Componenta Corporation has appointed Harri Suutari as
President and CEO of Componenta Corporation. The appointment becomes effective
immediately. Harri Suutari has been the Chairman of the Board but has now
resigned from his Board position. 

Heikki Lehtonen, the previous President and CEO of Componenta Corporation, will
during the transition period be available to carry out certain duties as
determined by the President and CEO. Heikki Lehtonen will continue for the time
being as the Chairman of the Board of Componenta Dökümcülük A.S. 

The Componenta Board of Directors has elected Matti Ruotsala, the previous Vice
Chairman of the Board, as the new Chairman of the Board and Olavi Huhtala as
the new Vice Chairman of the Board.
