FL GROUP hf. - Financial Statement Release

FL Group - presents its 2007 financial results on 13 February at 16:30 GMT

Reykjavik, Iceland, 11 February 2008, FL Group (OMX: FL), the international
investment company, will publish its 2007 financial results at 16.30 GMT on 13
February 2008. Please note change of time from previous announcement. 
A presentation for investors and analysts will be held at Hilton Reykjavik
Nordica, at 17:00 GMT, 13 February. Jon Sigurdsson, Chief Executive Officer of
FL Group, will present the results and answer questions. 

FL Group will host a conference call for international investors and analysts
at 8.30 GMT on 14 February.  Press release, investor presentation, financial
statements and login instructions will be available on www.flgroup.is prior to
the call.
