CHANGES IN THE RAMIRENT GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Bjørn Larsen appointed Senior Vice President of Norway segment and member of
group management team 

Bjørn Larsen(52), M.Sc. (Business and Mark.), MBA, has been appointed as Senior
Vice president of the Ramirent Norway segment and member of the Group
management Team as of 1 February 2011. Larsen succeeds Eivind Bøe, who has held
the position since 2005 and has announced that he will leave the Ramirent Group
on 31 January 2011. Larsen joins Ramirent from the position of Managing
Director of UCO Utleiecompagniet AS, which is part of Skanska Norge AS. He has
had the national responsibility for machine, equipment, and the crane park of
Skanska Norway. Larsen's prior working experience includes Managing Director,
Honeywell Fire Systems Nordics 2004-2007; Retail Dir./ Regional Dir./ 2nd in
Charge Consumer Division for Posten Norge AS 2002 - 2004; and Corporate
Dir./Man.dir. Løvenskiold Handel AS 2000 - 2002. 



Erik Høi appointed Senior Vice President of Denmark segment and member of group
management team 

Erik Høi(55), B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineer), has been appointed as Senior Vice
President of Denmark segment of Ramirent Group and member of the Group
Management Team. Erik Høi has worked at Ramirent since 1986 as Managing
Director of Ramirent Denmark and was member of the Group Management Team in the
years. Before joining Ramirent, Høi served as Product Manager at Kosan SES A/S
1982-1986 and as Construction Engineer at Hillerød Elevatorfabrik A/S
1979-1982. The appointment is effective immediately. 

Composition of the Group Management team

The focus of the composition of the Group Management Team is to be close to the
operative business and emphasize the business segments' role. The Group's
Management Team consists of Magnus Rosén, President and CEO ofRamirent Group;
Kari Aulasmaa, SVP, Segments Finland and Europe East; Peter Dahlsten, SVP,
Sweden segment; Tomasz Walawender, SVP, Europe Central segment; Erik Høi, SVP,
Denmark segment; Bjørn Larsen, SVP, Norway segment;  Dino Leistenschneider,
Director, Sourcing; Mikael Kämpe, Director, Group Fleet; Jonas Söderkvist, CFO;
and Franciska Janzon, Director, Corporate Communications.
