Iittala Group Plc has submitted its listing application with the Helsinki Stock 
Exchange                                                                        

Iittala Group Plc has on 12 March 2007 submitted an application with the        
Helsinki Stock Exchange regarding the listing of the shares in the Company.     
Trading of the shares is expected to commence on the Pre-List on or about 23    
March 2007 and on the official list (Nordic List) on or about 28 March 2007.
