Lifosa AB - Notification on material event

Regarding Court ruling

AB „Lifosa“ received Panevezys district court ruling in a civil case, dtd.
2010-09-13 in accordance with the applicants - two AB Lifosa shareholders
against the defendant company JSC „Mineral and Chemical Company
„EuroChem“ and EuroChem AM Limited. The third parties - AB Lifosa, the
Lithuanian Securities Commission, where the Court examined the applicants'
request for interim defence measures,  decided to stop the launched by the
defendants' company JSC „Mineral and Chemical  Company „EuroChem“ and
EuroChem AM Limited a mandatory redemption process of  AB Lifosa shares,  held
by plaintiffs, to the court decision comes into force. 
The ruling does not stand up yet.
