AB Klaipėdos nafta transshipment results in December 2010 and during the year 2010

During 2010 the Company transshipped 7.922 thousand tones of oil products (3%
in excess of 7.660 thousand tones in 2009). Severe weather conditions and a
record-breaking amount of snow in December caused some interruptions in
operational chain, therefore during December the oil product transshipping
flows slowed reporting the result of 661 thousand tones (which is by 15 % less
y/y 775 thousand tones in December 2010). 
Having transshipped by 15 % less of oil products the Company's preliminary
revenues reported a decrease as compared to the results of 2009 (LTL 10.9 m /
EUR 3.2 m, as compared to LTL 12.2 m / EUR 3.5 m in December 2009). The
preliminary revenues of the Company for 2010 accounted for LTL 126.1 m (EUR
36.5 m), i.e., an increase y/y (7 % more than LTL 118.2 m / EUR 34.2 m in
2009). 
In 2010, the Company exceeded its estimated annual revenues of LTL 103 m (EUR
29.8 m) by 22 %, and by 12 % the annual oil product transshipping forecast
(7.100 thousand tones). 
The Company's policy to expand the client portfolio with a view to ensuring a
stable and long-term flow of loading operations and direct contracting without
any intermediaries largely contributed to the successful results of 2010.
