MARTIN LILIUS TO ABSTAIN FROM HIS ACTIVITIES AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD

MARTIN LILIUS TO ABSTAIN FROM HIS ACTIVITIES AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD           

Mr. Martin Lilius, a member of the Board of Directors of Tamfelt Corp. has been 
served an application of summons demanding for the punishment of a discrepancy  
in interpreting an income distribution agreement of Disc Tavastia Ltd. The total
value of the discrepancy is approximately 29,000 euros.                         

Mr. Lilius denies the charge. Apart from that, he has however informed Tamfelt  
Corp. that he will abstain from his activities as a Board member until the
District 
Court of Tampere has given its decision. The Board of Tamfelt Corp. states that 
the charge does not concern by any means Mr. Lilius' activities as a member of  
the Board of Tamfelt Corp., and that based on information received, no further  
action is needed.
