EXEL COMPOSITES' GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM REINFORCED - KARI LOUKOLA APPOINTED VP
SALES & MARKETING 

Mr. Kari Loukola, 50, has been appointed Vice President Sales & Marketing and
member of Exel Composites Plc's Group Management Team as of 1 August 2013. He
holds an M.Sc. in Economics and an M.Sc.in Engineering. 

The last 20 years Mr. Loukola has been employed by Nokia and Nokia Siemens
Network in several management positions of sales and marketing, where his
latest position was Head of Business Development for the Japanese market.

targeting reinforced sales and profitable growth. His extensive international
experience in sales, marketing, business development and operations will be an
