FUNDING UPDATE, FULL AMOUNT OF SECURED LOAN RECEIVED

FUNDING UPDATE, FULL AMOUNT OF SECURED LOAN RECEIVED



As previously reported on 31 October 2012, the Company was in receipt of €47.7K
towards the payment of the third tranche of the secured loan and that the
remainder of the third tranche had been further delayed from the originally
agreed schedule. 



The Company now reports that it has received the full amount (350,000 EUR) of
the secured loan. This final funding amount will provide the Company with cash
for operations into Q1 2013.
