Management of Eik Bank Danmark Supplemented

1 September 2008, the top management of Eik Bank Danmark will be supplemented,
when Kim Michael Sandberg joins the top management. At the turn of the year,
Kim Michael Sandberg takes up the position as Managing Director and the present
Chief Managing Director Brian Toft takes up a new position in the Eik Banki
Group. 

Eik Bank Danmark is a subsidiary of Eik Banki.
