Tamfelt Corp.'s amendments to the Articles of Association and new Board of Directors entered into the Trade Register

TAMFELT CORP.'S AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND NEW BOARD OF
DIRECTORS ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER 


Today on December 22, 2009 the following decisions of the Tamfelt Corp.'s
Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 1, 2009 and the meeting of the
Board of Directors held on December 21, 2009 have been entered into the Trade
Register. 

Article 12 of Tamfelt's Articles of Association regarding a shareholder's
redemption obligation has been removed. 

Ordinary members of Tamfelt's Borad of Directors are M.Soc.Sc., Commercial
Counsellor Mikael von Frenckell, M.Sc. (Econ.) Jouko Oksanen, M.Sc. (Eng.) Pasi
Laine, Metso's President and CEO Jorma Eloranta and President, Paper and Fiber
Technology of Metso, M.Sc. (Eng.) Bertel Langenskiöld. The Board of Directors
elected Bertel Langenskiöld as the Chairman of the Board.
