Satama Interactive - Major shareholder announcements

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT


Satama Interactive Plc has today received the following notification of change  
in ownership:                                                                   

Nordea Bank AB (publ.) (business ID: 516406-0120) announces that its subsidiary
Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8) has concluded share loan agreements on 23,
24, and 25 October 2007 lending a total of 7.111.000 shares in Satama
Interactive Plc. Share loan agreements have been concluded with several
different brokers. 
                                                          
Nordea Bank Finland Plc now owns 2.645.036 shares in Satama Interactive Plc,
which represents 6,41 per cent of share capital and voting rights and is less
than 1/10 of share capital and voting rights. 

After the share loan agreements have expired on 16 November 2007 the aggregate
holding of Nordea Bank Finland Plc's will exceed 1/5. 

As announced on 1 October 2007, Nordea Bank Finland Plc's holding in Satama
Interactive Plc will decline to under 3/20 in December 2007 once forward
trading contracts entered into by Nordea Bank Finland Plc mature. 

Nordea Bank Finland Plc has purchased the shares in Satama Interactive Plc as a
part of its market making activities.
