Short and Medium Term Bonds Offering Programme, and Final Terms and Conditions
approved by the Board of the Bank as of October 9, 2008, redeemed “Fixed rate
bond issue LTL No. 4/2008” (ISIN code - LT0000401739) and “Fixed rate bond
issue EUR No. 5/2008” (ISIN code - LT1000401133) as of November 16, 2009.
