NORDIC ALUMINIUM PLC'S EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED





Nordic Aluminium Plc has conducted employee negotiations. These negotiations
started on December 3, 2010 and have been concluded on January 14, 2011. 



The conclusion of the negotiations is that 11 employment contracts will be
terminated. Terminations will be carried out immediately.
