Company Group ALITA AB announces its job cuts

Having assessed the situation in the market and the further development
prospects the Management Board of  Company Group ALITA  AB   hereby concludes
that despite the growing market share of the Company in the legal market,
illegal market growth is much faster. Thereby, unless the current policy on
excise duties is changed and the restrictions on trade in alcoholic drinks are
lifted, the Company is forced to further decrease the cost of production.
Therefore, the decision to reduce the number of its employees by not more than
one-fifth of existing staff was taken.
