Kotipizza Group Oyj: Kotipizza Group's subsidiary Helsinki Foodstock to co-operate with the Siipiravintola restaurant chain

Kotipizza   Group's   subsidiary  Helsinki  Foodstock  to  co-operate  with  the
Siipiravintola restaurant chain

Helsinki  Foodstock Oy ("Helsinki Foodstock"), a sourcing and logistics operator
wholly  owned by Kotipizza Group Oyj ("Kotipizza Group") has signed an agreement
with Muurahaiskarhu Oy making it responsible for supply chain management for the
chain  of restaurants operating with  name Siipiravintola in Finland. Nationwide
logistics enables expansion of Siipiravintola chain to cover all of Finland.

As the chain's logistics partner, Helsinki Foodstock will be responsible for the
supply  chain from suppliers  to restaurants. The  agreement is estimated not to
have a significant effect on Kotipizza Group's earnings in 2016.

Helsinki  Foodstock offers  sourcing, logistics  and assortment  services to the
hotel,  restaurant  and  catering  industry  and  the  food industry, as well as
innovative food products to the retail sector. The company's clients include the
restaurants  in the Kotipizza  chain and Subway  restaurants as well as Espresso
House coffee shops operating in Finland.

Siipiravintola  chain offers chicken wings and other fingerfood. Currently there
are  Siipiravintola  restaurants  in  Turku,  Valkeakoski  and  Lahti.  The next
restaurant  will be  opened in  Helsinki. The  chain is  planning to expand as a
franchising  chain also elsewhere in Finland. The company also provides catering
services.

million for the financial year 2015 with a comparable EBITDA of EUR 5.03 million
respectively.
