SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS IN 2010 ON THE BASIS OF YIT'S SERIES N SHARE OPTIONS

SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS IN 2010 ON THE BASIS OF YIT'S SERIES N SHARE OPTIONS        

In 2010, shares can be subscribed for in the period from April 1 to November 30 
on the basis of the Series N share options issued by YIT Corporation in 2006.   
With Series M share options the subscription period will end on November 30,    
2009.                                                                           

It is intended that the increases in the share capital on the basis of the      
subscriptions will be carried out in 2010 as follows:

Shares subscribed for on the basis of the share options entitle their holders to
a dividend as from the date of subscription. Other rights will vest when the    
share capital increase has been entered in the Trade Register.                  

Subscriptions will be accepted at Nordea Bank Finland plc.                      

SUMMARY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SHARE OPTION PROGRAM                 

YIT Corporation's Annual General Meeting held in the spring of 2006 granted a   
maximum total of 300,000 K, 900,000 L, 900,000 M and 900,000 N share options for
subscription without consideration. Each Series K, L, M and N share option      
entitles its holder to subscribe for one YIT Corporation share (YTY1V). The     
shares can be subscribed for annually during the period from April 1 - November 
30. The subscription period with the Series K and L share options ended in 2008.
With Series M share options shares can be subscribed until November 30, 2009.   
With Series N share options share subscription period is April 1 - November 30  
in 2009 - 2010.                                                                 

The subscription price of a share subscribed for with the Series M share options
is EUR 19.73 per share and the subscription prices of shares subscribed for with
the N share options is EUR 19.23 per share.
