Invalda INVL - Notification on material event

Chairman of the Board of Invalda INVL was elected

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-05-02 08:30 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The general
shareholders meeting of Invalda INVL, which took place on 28 April 2017,
re-elected Alvydas Banys, Indrė Mišeikytė and Darius Šulnis to the Board for
the new 4 (four) years term of office. Alvydas Banys was elected as a Chairman
of the Board at the Board meeting on 2 May 2017.
