Change in Executive Board at BankNordik

Managing Director Súni Schwartz Jacobsen has informed the board of directors
that he will seek new challenges out side BankNordik. The board of directors
has decided that Súni Schwartz Jacobsen with immediate effect is released from
his obligations at BankNordik. In accordance with an agreement with Súni
Schwartz Jacobsen he is, however, excluded from working for any other financial
business until 25 May 2011. 



The board of directors expresses its great appreciation with the prior
co-operation with Súni Schwartz Jacobsen. 



The board of directors is, however, pleased to announce that as of today Head
of Corporate Lending John Rajani joins the Executive Board as Managing Director
of BankNordik. Mr John Rajani joined BankNordik in 2006 and the board of
directors has followed Mr. Rajani's successful work as Head of BankNordik's
Corporate Finance and from 2010 as Head of BankNordik's Corporate Lending. John
Rajani therefore takes over this new position having demonstrated a strong
record in management and customer relations at BankNordik. John Rajani is 42
years old and holds an MBA from Lancaster University and a degree in Business
Management from Copenhagen Business School.
