pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter of 2013 prepared
according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

  -- Sales for the 1st quarter of 2013 - LTL 651.7 million (EUR 188.7 million),
     for the 1st quarter of 2012 - LTL 699.2 million (EUR 202.5 million);

  -- Profit before tax for the 1st quarter of 2013 - LTL 44.4 million (EUR 12.9
     million), for the 1st quarter of 2012 - LTL 38.7 million (EUR 11.2
     million);

  -- Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2013 - LTL 37.7 million (EUR 10.9
     million), for the 1st quarter of 2012 - LTL 30.7 million (EUR 8.9 million).
