Notification about disposal of a block of shares

AB Ukio bankas, with register code 112020136, address: 25 Maironio str.,
LT-44250 Kaunas. 

On 1 February 2012 AB Ukio bankas received a notification from shareholder UAB
“Universal Business Investment Group Management” about disposal of voting
rights (see attachment). The declared crossed limit - 5 percent. On the day the
declared limit was crossed (i.e. 1 February 2012), UAB “Universal Business
Investment Group Management” owned 2.69 percent voting rights at the general
shareholders' meeting of AB Ukio bankas.
