Meeting of Shareholders of AB Grigeo Grigiškės to be held on 29 of April, 2016,

Company for the year 2015, Auditor’s report for the year 2015 and the set of
consolidated and separate annual financial statements for the year 2015,
project of appropriation of the Company’s profit for the year 2015, Draft
decisions on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AB
Grigeo Grigiškės to be held on 29 of April, 2016 proposed by the Board, the
