RUUKKI GROUP PLC'S 2011 FINANCIAL REPORTING CALENDAR AND DATE OF THE ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING 

During 2011 Ruukki Group Plc will report its financial results as follows:

- Full Year 2010 Results on Thursday 24 February 2011
- Annual Report 2010 during week commencing 28 March 2011
- Report for three months ending 31 March on Wednesday 11 May 2011
- Report for six months ending 30 June on Thursday 18 August 2011
- Report for nine months ending 30 September on Thursday 10 November 2011

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 11
May 2011. A separate notice of General Meeting will be published prior to the
meeting in 2011.
