Invalda INVL acquired shares in Siauliu bankas

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-09-15 08:26 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Invalda INVL, one
of the leading asset management groups in the Baltic region, on 14 September
2015 acquired new issue of Siauliu bankas shares for the amount of EUR 6.19
million and will own 6.79 percent of share capital in Siauliu Bankas. 

The deal was completed after permit to increase share capital from the Bank of
Lithuania was received and after amendments of the Articles of Association was
registered at the Register of Legal Entities. The new issue of Siauliu bankas
shares were settled for the aquisition of the shares of the bank Finasta and
brokerage company Finasta from Invalda INVL. 

Shares of Siauliu bankas is listed in NASDAQ Vilnius Stock Exchange.
