The HFF monthly report September 2014

Number of households in arrears continue to fall

The HFF's monthly report for September has been published.

In September were 2.742 households in arrears and payment suspension. The
corresponding number same time last year was 4.230, therefore the number of
households in arrears is steadily decreasing. The value of the underlying loan
portfolio of arrears loans is also decreasing in September and is the rate of
loans in arrears of households 8.64% of all HFF loan portfolio, but was 12.26%
same time last year. 

297 properties have been added in 2014 to HFF assets portfolio and at the same
time HFF has sold 862 properties, thereof 43 in September.
