Sponda Plc decides on a second payment of a dividend for 2016

The Board of Directors of Sponda Plc decided today, based on the authorisation
granted to it by the Annual General Meeting on 21 March 2016, on a second
payment of a dividend for 2016. A dividend of EUR 0.06 per share will be paid
to shareholders entered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by
Euroclear Finland Ltd on the dividend record date, 30 November 2016. The
dividend payment date is 8 December 2016. 

According to the authorisation, which is based on the annual accounts adopted
for the financial year 2015, the maximum amount of dividend to be distributed
is EUR 0.12 per share. The first payment of EUR 0.06 per share was paid on 15
August 2016. 

The aforementioned two dividend payments will form part of the dividend to be
paid for the financial year 2016, the total amount of which will be decided on
by the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 March 2017.
