Flagging notification in accordance with Chapter 9 Section 10 of the Finnish

Notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 9:5): The total
number of shares represented by Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP and its funds
increased to over 15 % of Basware Corporation's share capital and voting rights
on August 9th, 2016. This notification was given to Basware Corporation
on August 10th, 2016.

The holding of Arrowgrass Capital Partners LLP and its funds after the
