NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE      
FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT  
Honkarakenne Oyj has received information to the effect that funds managed by   
ODIN Forvaltning AS's shareholding in Honkarakenne Oyj has fallen below the     
threshold of 5 % of the company's total share capital on November 16, 2009.
The funds managed by ODIN forvaltning AS owns a total of 180.100 B-shares. This
represents 4,80 % of the outstanding share capital and 1,91 % of the voting     
rights.
