PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE YEAR 2010

On 28‘th February, 2011 stock company „Dvarčionių keramika“ has announced 
preliminary operating results for the year 2010. The preliminary operating
result - 3,230 thousand LTL ( 935 thousand euro) loss. Stock company
„Dvarčionių keramika“ revises its preliminary operating results and confirm
that the audited 2010 annual los sis -5,353 thousand LTL (1,550 thousand euro)
loss. The difference in  is due to the impairment of fixed assets and reserves
for future expenses.
