DNA Plc is restructuring its network infrastructure

DNA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 3 JULY 2024 AT 15:20 EEST

DNA Plc’s Finnish network infrastructure business, which is conducted by the company’s subsidiary, DNA Tower Finland Oy, is being transferred to a limited company that is to be founded as part of DNA’s partial demerger, Telenor Towers Finland Oy. The partial demerger is planned to take place on 31 December 2024.

This is an internal restructuring within Telenor Group and will not impact DNA’s operations.
