Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

The unaudited activity result for the first quarter of 2010 of Šiaulių bankas AB and the Bank's Group

According to the unaudited data Šiaulių bankas AB incurred LTL 6.900 million
(EUR 1.998 million) in loss over the first quarter of 2010, while the Bank's
Group incurred LTL 8.125 million (EUR 2.353 million) in loss. The negative
result was determined by the special provisions formed to doubtful assets.
