Siauliu Bankas AB - Notification on material event

Unaudited activity result for the first half year of 2010

According to the unaudited data Šiaulių bankas AB incurred LTL 11.117 million   
(EUR 3.220 million) in loss over the first half year of 2010, while the Bank's  
Group incurred LTL 12.976 million (EUR 3.758 million) in loss. During the half  
of the year the bank formed LTL 18.630 million (EUR 5.396 million), bank's Group
- LTL 20.149 million (EUR 5.836 million) provisions to doubtful assets.
