Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act we
inform that Stiftelsen Tre Smeder's share of Aktia Bank plc's votes has
increased to more than 20% on 10 September 2015. 

Following the transaction 10 September 2015, Stiftelsen Tre Smeder owns a total
of 6,578,729shares and 94,108,005voting rights in Aktia Bank plc. Thus
Stiftelsen Tre Smeder now holds 9.88 (9.41)% of Aktia Bank plc's share capital
and 21.19 (19.76)% of voting rights.
