IXONOS: NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER



All 4 166 667 new shares issued in Ixonos Plc's directed rights offering
decided by the Board of Directors on April 29, 2014 have been entered into the
Finnish Trade Register on June 4, 2014. The new shares will carry the right to
receive dividends and other distributions of funds, if any, and other
shareholder rights in Ixonos as of the entry of the offered shares into the
Finnish Trade Register. 

Ixonos has a total of 99 446 870 shares. Each share carries one vote.
