Rocla Oyj - Changes board/management/auditors

TAPIO RUMMUKAINEN APPOINTED CEO OF ROCLA FROM JAN 1, 2008

The Board of Rocla Oyj has appointed B.Sc. (Eng.) Tapio Rummukainen new CEO of
the Company starting on January 1, 2008. Tapio Rummukainen has been working in
Patria Vehicles Oy, a company in an international defense and aerospace group,
for over eight years. In the position of Vice President, Business Development,
his responsibilities have included international industrial co-operation areas
like marketing, projects, production and procurement. 

The current CEO of Rocla Oyj, Jussi Muikku, has served the Company for 18 years
having previously held several management positions in different businesses of
the Company. During Jussi Muikku's three-year long period as the CEO, the
Company's sales and production have developed favorably.  The yearly production
capacity of the warehouse trucks has been doubled to 10,000 trucks during this
time. 

Jussi Muikku is committed to serve the Company until March 31, 2008 to ensure a
smooth transition of leadership in the Company. 

Rocla has successfully launched several new warehouse truck models to the
market. A strategically significant launching took place during this week when
Rocla presented the new automatic warehouse truck concept to the market. 

Rocla's net sales in 2007 will grow close to 20% and profits improve from the
previous year.
