TIIMARI PLC ADJUSTS THE OUTLOOK OF THE COMPANY                                  


The continuing uncertainty on the market place and especially the inventory     
reduction programme and the renewal of the product assortment executed by the   
company have had a negative impact on the Company's gross margin during the     
third quarter. At the same time the actions taken have reduced the capital      
employed as planned.                                                            

As a decisive part of the Company's profits will accrue during the last quarter 
and it is difficult to estimate under the prevailing financial circumstances,   
the Board adjusts the previously published outlook to be the following:         

Tiimari's full year operational profitability (earnings before interest,        
depreciation and amortisations and excluding one-off items) is expected to be on
the previous year level. According to the previous published outlook the Board  
estimated that the profit improvement program activities shall enable the       
Company to improve operational profitability. The operative cash flow before    
taxes and financing items is expected to be clearly positive in 2009.
