City Service to provide services to three factories owned by Umega

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2011-05-18 08:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- City Service will
provide a full range facility management services to three factories, owned by
Umega, the leading Lithuanian company producing metal products and machinery.
The companies have signed an open-ended contract. 

“We are now expanding in the market of industrial facility management; the
market currently accounts for approximately LTL 100 million in Lithuania. We
have offered an individual package of administration services of complex
buildings to Umega, as we do to all our clients”, states Mr. Edvinas
Paulauskas, Commercial Director at City Service. 

City Service will provide the factories with engineering systems maintenance
process administration services, carry out preventive works on heating,
electricity, ventilation, water supply and sewage systems, gas-burning
machinery; it shall further ensure uninterruptible feeding of boilers. 

The Company will provide services to Vienybė factory based in Ukmergė, the
agricultural machinery factory in Utena and SNOL factory in Utena district.
Total area of objects managed by Umega is 65,000 sq. m. 

City Service also provides the full range of facility management services for
industrial objects to the Utenos trikotažas textile company. In autumn City
Service signed a long-term agreement with company Philip Morris Lietuva and
starts providing integrated facility management services to a factory in
Klaipeda. City Service won the tender by having fulfilled exceptional
requirements regarding both quality and range of services. This is the first
full-range services contract: the Company takes care of engineering equipment
maintenance, interior premises cleaning, employees transporting, medical aid,
as well as many other integral services. Other exceptional requirements include
periodical proposals related to economizing. 

City Service group is now operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine; the
total area of managed facilities is 20.5 million sq. m. City Service is listed
on the Main list of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.
